Plans have been lodged for a home worth more than £3m to get a stable.
Briningham House, which was dubbed the most expensive home sold in Norfolk in 2015, could see a stable added to it.
Mr Crossley, the applicant, submitted the plans to build a "stable with tack room and food store" on the property off Dereham Road in Briningham, near Fakenham.
The plans outline the development of a building with six stables and an archway, as well as a new track to access the facility.
A determination deadline by North Norfolk District Council is expected for October 17.
