A mother of a missing man sent out plea for her son to come home.
Harry Kirk, 22, left his home in Fakenham around 4pm yesterday prompting his family to spread an appeal to help find him.
His mum, Sharon Edwards, urged the public to come forward with information.
She said: "We love him so much and we just want him to come home."
"This is very out of the ordinary. His phone is turned off and he never does that.
"Harry is at risk and we need to find him as soon as possible."
After the appeal, almost a day later Mr Kirk returned home.
On Facebook Ms Edwards said: "He has been found!
"He's going to need a lot of help and love but he's here and that's all that matters.
"I would like to thank everyone for sharing the social media posts and the many people who helped with the searches."
