Plans are in the pipeline for a north Norfolk village to get an additional three homes.
Mark Cooper has put in an application for three detached homes at Holly House in Briston.
There would be a two-storey home with access to The Lane, as well as two single-storey homes with access to Orchard Close.
In 2015, another application was submitted for 12 homes to be built on the same road.
In that application, it was said that the development "aimed to integrate new dwellings into the community, enhancing the local housing stock with a mix of affordable and market homes".
The application was approved two years later.
According to the 2021 census, Briston has a population of 2550.
A determination deadline for Holly House's three-home application has been set for August 30.
