A winter supper music club is being planned for Burnham Overy Village Hall.
The December 6 event will include a meal followed by a recital put on by two talented young singers.
A spokesperson said: “We shall be entertained by a mixture of operatic arias, songs from the musicals and seasonal songs sung by Alison Langer and Lawrence Thackeray who will be accompanied on the piano by Brenda Blewett.
Marian Abramovich from the group Music in the Burnhams said: “We shall be entertained by a mixture of operatic arias, songs from the musicals and seasonal songs sung by Alison Langer and Lawrence Thackeray who will be accompanied on the piano by Brenda Blewett.”
The event starts at 6.30pm.
Music in the Burnhams is also collaborating with Burnham Market Primary School for a ‘Look towards Christmas' event on December 15 at Sutton church.
Ms Abramovich said: “The school's choir will join Sutton's chamber choir for a late afternoon of seasonal songs and poetry to welcome in Christmas.
“Mincepies, brownies and drinks are available from 3.30 for a musical start at 4pm. No charge and the proceeds go towards Sutton church.”
