The festive spirit will soon be glowing again in towns across the region.
Dereham, Fakenham, and Wells-next-the-Sea are all planning a return of their ever-popular Christmas lights switch-on events.
Fakenham's Christmas Fayre will take place on December 2, including a market with 24 stalls and entertainment starting at 2pm.
Santa will have a grotta at the Crown from 2pm to 5pm and the lights will be switched on at 6pm by the winner of a ‘naughty elf trail’ competition for children under 11.
To enter, collect a form from Fakenham Infant School or the town's Tesco.
Wells Christmas Tide Festival will take place over the November 24/26 weekend, with the switch-on taking place on the Saturday at 4.30pm.
He will then head to a grotto to meet children and find out what they want for Christmas.
The festival starts on the Friday with a Christmas carol service, mulled cider and stalls at the Buttlands at 5.30pm.
Dereham’s festive event takes place on November 26 from 1pm, with the switch-on happening at 4.30pm.
There will be stalls, food vendors and a fair with donkey rides in Church Street.
Youngsters can meet Father Christmas at the Assembly Rooms from 1.30pm.
Reepham's Festival of Light is taking place on Sunday, December 3. There will be a light switch-on, stalls, Santa's grotto and carols. Reepham Lions will host a Christmas tree festival at St Mary's church from Wednesday, November 29 to Sunday, December 3.
