People who are 66 and over are being encouraged to get active as part of a new ‘healthy ageing' programme.
Everyone Active is launching the 12-week scheme that includes 34 activities, such as badminton, chair-based exercise, gym sessions, swimming, ballet, walking football and aqua therapy.
Also included are table tennis, pulmonary and cardiac rehab, pickleball and move and dance sessions.

Stuart Jardine, Everyone Active’s contract manager, said: “There is something for everyone at our centres, no matter what your age, interests or ability, and if you are new or returning to exercise, we will give you all the support you need.
“We are proud to offer the local community a friendly and welcoming environment, and to provide opportunities for everyone to be healthier and happier.”
The activities will take place at the centres Everyone Active runs on behalf of North Norfolk District Council, which include the Reef in Sheringham, Fakenham Sports and Fitness Centre, Victory Swim and Fitness Centre, North Walsham Sports Centre and Cromer Sports Centre.
The programme costs £29.99, which includes participation in any of the events over the 12 weeks.
