A 'super slimmer' has been named 'man of the year' by his weight-loss group after shedding almost three stone.
Since joining Slimming World in January, Aaron Colk has gone from 19 stone 2lb to 16 stone 4lb in just 21 weeks - losing 2st 12lb.
Mr Colk, from Fakenham, said he had thought slimming clubs were aimed at women and assumed the focus would be on ‘diet’ food.
But he decided to give it a try after suffering from IBS and feeling tired and drained all of the time.
“Deep down I’d been unhappy with my weight for some time but it took me a long time to face up to it,” he said.

“When I did admit to myself that I wanted to lose weight I still didn’t want to ask for help.
"I’ve realised now though that far from being weak, admitting that you need help takes strength of character and getting support to identify where I’m going wrong and to make changes has given me a sense of confidence that is benefiting every aspect of my life.
“It was nerve-wracking walking through those doors for the first time but I wasn’t the only man there and everyone was warm and welcoming because we’re all in the group for the same reason – to lose weight and feel good.
“I can honestly say I feel like a different man since losing weight. My IBS has improved and I have tons more energy which is great when I’m trying to keep up with my two young daughters."
