Estate agents Sowerbys said it was rare to find such homes so near a town centre.

They are at 20 Holt Road - the refurbished bungalow - and 20a Holt Road - the new build, which was built in the same style as the original home. 

Garrod Developments has led the construction, and there will be a viewing day for the homes - which both have two bedrooms - on June 10. 

The new build is going for £360,000.
