A mother has once again been blown away by the support of her local community in aiding the family to look after their sick child.
Rebecca Gooderson was left overwhelmed after Hope For Elsie's Northpole-Wonderland raised just over £3000 for the family, which will be put towards aiding Elsie's therapies after her NHS funding was stopped.
The event, held on December 4, at Fakenham Racecourse saw an array of market stalls and entertainment held, all in aid of the six-year-old, who was born with Kagami Ogata Syndrome.
“We can't even begin to find the words to thank every single person that played a part in today however big or small, for supporting us - we are simply blessed and forever grateful to each and every one of you,” Miss Gooderson said.
Elsie’s mum also thanked all the entertainers, stall holders, Wells Maltings, and the Fakenham Ukes, who donated £1000 to the cause.
The first thing the money will help with is designs will start on a new car seat for Elsie this week.
