A charity dance will be held for the third year in memory of a fun-loving friend and brother who was known as being the life and soul of the party.
Lee Parker, from Toftwood, died in April 2015 following a six year battle with cancer, aged just 35.
His family remember him for his love of life and particularly dancing and have vowed to hold a dance every year in his memory.
This year's event is on Saturday, April 22 at Swanton Morley Village Hall and will feature live music from the Lee Vasey Band, hog roast and a huge charity raffle including prizes such as tickets to see Take That at Carrow Road, a theatre break, holidays, and a flight in a private plane.
Lee's sister Zoe Ryder said: 'The dance has become more successful each year and therefore we are really hoping this year will break the £5,000 barrier after getting so close last year raising £4,600.'
All the funds raised in the past two years have been donated to Dereham Cancer Care.
Mrs Ryder said: 'It is an amazing local charity who help support people living with this terrible disease together with the families who are dealing with the loss of a loved one.
'They were an amazing support to my brother and have continued to be extremely supportive to me and my family.
'We have also decided this year to pledge half of the money raised to the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital Oncology Department. Everyone is always quick to highlight the failings of the NHS but the care my brother received was amazing, right from initial diagnosis, throughout six years of treatment and especially the last week he spent in hospital.
'It is all thanks to the dedicated doctors and nurses who were always available to offer advice and answer any questions we had and therefore we wanted to say thank you to those guys.'
The event is sponsored by Furniture Plus, co-owned by Lee's close friend Rory McBride, as well as Sowerbys Estate Agents where Mrs Ryder works.
Many other local businesses have donated items and offered to help.
Tickets for the dance cost £15 including hog roast and are available from Sowerbys Estate Agents Dereham, Dereham Cancer Care, Mattishall News, Furniture Plus Dereham or by calling 07590 320400.
