NICKOLLS CHRISTOPHER DAVID After a long battle with Amyloidosis, Christopher died at home, peacefully in his sleep on March 10th, 2012. A celebration of his life will be held at Colney Woodland Burial Park on April 11th, 2012 at 2.00p.m. No flowers please, but donations if desired to The National Amyloidosis Centre, cheques made payable to UCL Amyloidosis Research Fund.
